Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about research-use restrictions, ordering, tracked delivery and order support.

What are Eclipse Peptides products intended for?

All peptide materials and related catalogue products are supplied strictly for laboratory research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use.

Do you provide dosing or administration advice?

No. Eclipse Peptides does not provide dosing, administration, treatment or personal-use guidance.

How will my order be delivered?

Dispatched orders are sent using tracked delivery services. Tracking information is provided once the parcel enters the carrier network.

When will my tracking start updating?

Tracking may remain unchanged until the carrier performs its first scan. After that, updates are controlled by the delivery provider and can sometimes appear in batches.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If an order has not yet been dispatched, contact support as soon as possible. Once a parcel has entered the delivery network, changes may no longer be possible.

What if my parcel arrives damaged or something is missing?

Contact support with your order reference and clear photographs of the external packaging, internal packaging and affected item. Keep all packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

How should I store a research product?

Follow the product label and any product-specific documentation supplied with the item. Do not assume a storage condition that is not stated.

Are all catalogue products sterile?

No assumption should be made. A product should only be treated as sterile when that characteristic is explicitly stated for that specific item.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Available delivery destinations and any restrictions will be shown during the live checkout process once the store is connected to its shipping provider.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order reference will appear in your order confirmation. Keep it available when contacting support or using the order-tracking page.

Testing, batches & orders

Where can I view Certificates of Analysis?

Available COAs are shown on the relevant product pages and on our Testing & COAs page. The documents are presented in their original format.

Does one COA apply to every batch?

No. A certificate relates to the sample or batch identified on that report. Always check the report number and batch information shown on the document.

Why do some products not have a COA displayed?

We publish analytical documents when they are available to us. The absence of a displayed document should not be interpreted as an implied test result.
